What documents do I need to bring for my tax appointment?
You will need to bring documents such as your government-issued ID, social security card, W-2s, and any other tax documents or forms you may have. You can also save time and upload your documents in our TaxesToGo App ahead of your appointment.
How do I schedule a service?
To schedule a service, you may navigate to our Book a Service page and do so by clicking the "+" icon in our Google Calendar.
Do you offer virtual tax preparation?
Yes, we offer virtual and mobile tax preparation. To schedule a service, visit our Book a Service page.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours are flexible. We do our best to work around your schedule.
What are your fees?
Since every tax situation is unique, our fees are determined by the specific forms and documents needed for your return. Fees are calculated at the end of service.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we offer estimates free of charge. To schedule your free estimate, navigate to our Book a Service page.
How do I use the TaxesToGo App?
For assistance using the TaxesToGo app, click here or reach out us.
Do I need an appointment, or can I drop off my paperwork?
If you do not wish to make an appointment, you can upload your documents in TaxesToGo and a preparer will follow up with you should any additional information be needed.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, we offer free initial consultations. This allows us to discuss your tax needs and determine how we can best assist you. During this consultation, we'll review your situation and provide an estimate of our fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, our fees are typically deducted directly from your tax refund. In the event you do not receive a refund, we accept Tap to Pay and Zelle.
